Rob Walton launched Realty Raleigh at the end of 2015 after six years in residential real estate brokerage sales and has successfully closed hundreds of property transactions all over the Triangle and the Charlotte metro regions. Rob has lived in Raleigh since 2005 after moving from Fort Worth, Texas - where he grew up. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with honors in 1999, majoring in Economics. Rob holds an MBA from NC State University, finishing in 2010 after double-concentrating in Finance and Marketing - the same year he began his real estate career. Rob has a passion for Raleigh and he loves working with experienced sellers and buyers, first time homebuyers and sellers, and investors of all sizes. He has represented and worked closely with several publicly-traded and privately-held REITs since 2013 to identify, analyze, negotiate, and acquire over 600 single family homes to convert to rentals. Some of Rob's hobbies outside of real estate include running, cooking, skiing, traveling to new places, meeting new people, and watching/attending college and pro sports games. Northwest Raleigh is home to Rob, Meredith, and their two children Natalie and Aubrey.
