Born and raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Charlotte graduated from Terry Sanford High School and set off for college at the University of South Carolina. After realizing she was truly a Wolfpack fan at heart, she transferred back to our great state to attend North Carolina State University earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication. After graduation, Charlotte interned in the Media Department with the Carolina Hurricanes and was an administrative assistant with a local Venture Capital & Private Equity firm before beginning her career as a Real Estate Broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices York Simpson Underwood. During her time with BHHSYSU, she obtained her eCertified® and iAgent designations, her Relocation Certification, and was selected as part of a Buyer’s Agent team representing a large real estate investment company. She later joined RE/MAX Advantage as part of the Allison Caudle Group where she was awarded #2 Buyer’s Agent of the Year in 2016. She is currently in her fourth year of building her Real Estate career and is excited to be with the Realty Raleigh family. For the last eight years, Charlotte has called Raleigh home and has worked all over the Triangle. She playfully considers herself “well-traveled” inside Raleigh’s Beltline. From living in the neighborhoods of Bedford Heights and University Park in the West Raleigh Historic District, to Sunset Hills, Budleigh, and four years in Five Points, she recently took up residency in Mordecai. Charlotte is active in such organizations as the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, the Downtown Raleigh Living Advocates and volunteers with the SPCA of Wake County. She is constantly seeking out ways to be involved and give back in her community.
